Waka-waka

World Cup 2010 has been completed, with the birth of the New World Champion of Spain, while the song waka-waka became a phenomenal song during the World Cup but many do not know the origin of the song. Waka-waka song is sung Shakira is actually an old song sung several times repeated, and the song was originally owned by Golden Sounds.

The band released this song from Cameroon in 1986 with the original title  Zangalewa or Tsamania. The song was well known and liked by Golden Sounds society because of their dances and costumes are funny. Most members of this band is a former soldier, and this song was created as a tribute to African soldiers who fought in World War 2.

The lyrics fit well with the World Cup due to uplift to defend the country if only on the soccer/football field.
